Well, To get started you will first need to find and sign up to an image hosting web-site. I use photobucket.com (some people love it and some hate it, but it's free and therefore fine with me)
Anyway, After signing up you will have to upload your pics from your computer to the web-site.
Once that is complete, Copy the [IMG] code and paste it into your post.
